Chicken Fillet Rolls with Cheese Cream

An amazing appetizer that will surprise and conquer everyone at the festive table! Favorite new-cooked chicken breast. Be sure to try it – it is easy to cook, it turns out gorgeous!

Ingredients

  • Chicken fillet (breast) – 500 g
  • Curd cheese – 100 g
  • Sour cream 15% – 2 tbsp
  • Sweet pepper – 1/2 pc.
  • Dill greens – to taste
  • Bread crumbs – 3-5 tbsp
  • Vegetable oil – 3 tbsp
  • Salt to taste

Directions

  1. You will need the simplest products for the recipe, everything is already on my table. It is better to take a medium-sized fillet so that the tubes are small, neat.
  2. Cut each fillet in half lengthwise. We beat off to a uniform thickness (under the film). Salt each chop and grease with vegetable oil. After that, we wind the beaten fillet onto a special tube-cone for baking (if there is no tube, it can be made of cardboard and foil – roll the cone out of cardboard, wrap it with foil on both sides).
  3. To keep the chicken on the tube, we wrap it with thread several times. Grease the chicken with vegetable oil again.
  4. Roll each piece in breadcrumbs. Place the chicken rolls in a baking dish. Place in the oven and bake at 200 degrees for 30 minutes.
  5. Now is the time to prepare the cream filling. To do this, combine curd cheese and sour cream. Mix well. Add finely chopped bell peppers and dill. We mix.
  6. The chicken rolls are ready and cool. We carefully remove the threads (some of the crackers will crumble, it’s okay).
  7. Using a pastry bag, fill the tubes with cheese cream.
  8. The result is an original, interesting and very tasty appetizer that will decorate any festive table.
