Chicken Fillet with Mushrooms

To cook a quick and incredibly delicious dinner, this recipe will help you. Chicken and mushrooms go well together, also soaked in sour cream and herbs. Well, just lick your fingers!

Servings:  4

Ingredients

  • Chicken fillet – 2 Pieces
  • Champignons – 200 Grams
  • Onions – 2 Pieces
  • Sour cream – 3 tbsp
  • Vegetable oil – 2 tbsp
  • Greens – To taste (parsley and dill)
  • Salt – 1 Pinch

Directions

  1. Prepare the required ingredients.
  2. Finely chop the onion.
  3. Cut the chicken fillet into cubes and fry on both sides in vegetable oil. Salt. Fry over low heat for 10-15 minutes, until white.
  4. Add finely chopped mushrooms and chopped onion. Simmer for 5-7 minutes under a closed lid.
  5. Now add sour cream and finely chopped herbs, mix. Simmer for another 5-7 minutes.
