Ingredients
- 250 g quark (cream)
- 300 g yourt
- 2 spring onions, cut into rolls
- 1 small red pepper (s), finely diced
- salt and pepper
- 0.25 teaspoon ¼ ajvar
- 800 g chicken fillet (s)
- 2 medium onion (s), cut into rings
- 3 cloves garlic, pressed
- 2 tablespoon olive oil
- 2 teaspoon seasoned salt (gyros)
- Parsley, chopped

- Mix the quark, yoghurt, diced paprika and spring onions and season with salt, pepper and ajvar.
- Cut the meat into thin slices. Mix with oil, gyros spice and garlic and let steep for about 1 hour.
- Fry the meat vigorously in a coated pan without additional fat. Add onions and fry briefly. Finally add the parsley and season with salt and pepper.
- Serve with rice or flatbread.
