Ingredients

  • 250 g heart (s), (chicken hearts)
  • 75 ml cream
  • 1 teaspoon mustard, (Dijon mustard)
  • some rosemary
  • 15 g butter
  • Salt and pepper, black, freshly ground
  • oregano
  • a little cayenne pepper
  • 1 half a lemon (s), juice it

Instructions

  1. Cut open the chicken hearts and wash inside and out. Pluck the rosemary.
  2. Melt the butter in a pan and add the chicken hearts and fry. Season with salt, pepper, oregano, rosemary, lemon juice and cayenne pepper. Add the cream and bring to the boil, then stir in the Dijon mustard and let the sauce simmer for another minute.
  3. Season to taste and serve.
