Ingredients

  • 0.5 ½ bunch basil
  • 4 slices ham, lean
  • 4 chicken breast fillet (s), about 150 g each
  • 1 pinch (s) pepper
  • 250 ml Cremefine for cooking 7%
  • 2 tablespoon light sauce thickener
  • 2 tablespoon tomato paste
  • 1 tablespoon mustard, grainy
  • 1 pinch (s) salt
  • 1 pinch (s) sugar

Instructions

  1. Preheat the oven to 200 ° C.
  2. Rinse the chicken breast fillets and pat dry. Do the same with the basil.
  3. Spread the basil evenly on the ham slices. Season the fillets with pepper and roll them into the ham slices. Place the seam down in a baking dish.
  4. Mix the cremefine with the sauce thickener, tomato paste, mustard and, carefully, salt, as the ham is usually quite salty, and sugar and pour the sauce over the fillets.
  5. Put in the oven for 20 to 30 minutes.
  6. We like to eat potato wedges with it.
