  • 300 g chicken, e.., thrown chicken les
  • 1 tablespoon butter
  • 50 g camembert (s), % fat
  • 65 ml whipped cream, liquid
  • 0.5 ½ bunch parsley, fresh
  • Chicken seasoning
  • Paprika powder
  • salt and pepper

Instructions

  1. Cut the chicken into bite-sized strips. Melt the butter in a pan and fry the chicken strips all over. Season with chicken and / or paprika powder, pepper and salt.
  2. Roughly dice the camembert, add it and let it melt slightly. Pour in the liquid whipped cream and simmer for 10 minutes. Stir occasionally so that the camembert melts in the sauce.
  3. Wash the parsley, shake dry and roughly chop. Add the parsley to the dish just before serving and stir briefly, but do not let it boil any more.
  4. If you like, you can serve it with low-carb noodles or low-carb bread. You can also eat the dish without a side dish.
