Ingredients

  • 300 g chicken fillet (s)
  • 8 tablespoon soy sauce
  • 4 tablespoon orange juice
  • 3 teaspoons honey, liquid
  • 2 tablespoon sauce, (chili sauce)
  • 1 teaspoon sambal oelek
  • 1 tablespoon sesame seeds
  • some spice mixture, (Chinese spice)
  • 50 grams flour
  • 100 g suar snap peas
  • 2 spring onion (s)
  • 0.5 ½ bell pepper (s), red
  • 1 onion (s), red or white
  • 1 large carrot
  • 1 jar bamboo shoot (s)
  • oil

Instructions

  1. Mix the soy sauce, orange juice, honey, chilli sauce, sambal oelek, sesame and the Chinese spice together. Cut the chicken fillets into bite-sized pieces and dust with flour, mix and dust with a little flour again. Pour the soy and honey marinade over the chicken fillet in a bowl and leave to marinate for about 30 minutes. In the meantime, cut the snow peas into thirds, cut the spring onions and dice the peppers, onions and carrots.
  2. Heat a large pan or wok with a little oil and sear the marinated meat with the marinade in it. Then add the vegetables and fry for about 5 minutes.
  3. Rice, mie or glass noodles go well with it.
