Chicken Kebab with Lemon

A wonderful chicken kebab recipe from one of our trusted authors. Chicken kebab is deservedly popular among amateur cooks – it is pickled and baked very quickly, and chicken kebab with lemon, lime and honey have a very delicate, delicate taste. We advise you to try it – you will like it!

Ingredients

  • Lime juice – ½ cup
  • Lemon juice – ½ cup
  • Honey – ½ cup
  • Garlic – 1 clove
  • Chicken fillet – cut into 2.5 cm pieces – 0.5 kg
  • Sweet pepper, cut into 2.5 cm pieces – 1 pc. different colours (red, yellow, green)

Directions

  1. Combine lemon juice, lime juice, honey and minced garlic in a bowl. Pour 1 ¼ cup of the mixture into a plastic bag, add the chicken. Close the bag, stir the contents, and refrigerate for at least 30 minutes.
  2. Cover the dish with the remaining marinade and place it in the refrigerator as well.
  3. Oil the grill grate. Remove the chicken from the marinade. On metal or previously soaked wooden skewers, string chicken and pepper alternately.
  4. Grill chicken skewers on a covered grill, at medium heat, for 8-10 minutes, periodically turning over and brushing with marinade.
