Ingredients

  • 8 chicken leg (s) with back portion, skinless
  • Melt 3 tablespoons butter or margarine
  • 4 tablespoon Dijon mustard
  • 2 tablespoon lemon juice
  • 1 tablespoon cane sugar, brown
  • 1 teaspoon paprika powder, mild or hot
  • salt and pepper
  • 3 tablespoon sesame seeds

Instructions

  1. Place the chicken pieces upside down in a coated baking dish. Mix the remaining ingredients, except for the sesame seeds, and brush the top of the legs with some of the mixture.
  2. Preheat the oven to 200 ° C (convection) and cook the chicken in it for 25 minutes. Take the baking dish out of the oven, turn the legs and brush with the remaining mustard mixture. Sprinkle the sesame seeds on top and press lightly.
  3. Bake in the oven for another 25 minutes until the glaze is browned. Serve with bread and salad. Also tastes very good cold.
