Chicken Meat, Baked in a Marinade

Delicate aromatic baked chicken. In such a marinade, you can also marinate chicken and pork kebab.

Cook: 1 hour 10 minutes

Servings: 4

Ingredients

  • Chicken legs – 8 pcs.
  • Onions – 5 pcs.
  • Mayonnaise (can be mixed with sour cream) – 250 g
  • Vinegar 9% – 3 tbsp
  • Barbecue spices – 1 teaspoon
  • Black pepper – 1 pinch
  • Salt to taste
  • Apple – 1 pc.
  • Vegetable oil – 2 tbsp

Directions

  1. Wash and dry the chicken legs.
  2. Peel and wash the onions. Cut into rings.
  3. Place the onion in a bowl, mash it slightly with your hands.
  4. Add mayonnaise and vinegar, spices.
  5. Mix well.
  6. Place the chicken legs in the marinade. Marinate the chicken in this mixture for 30 minutes.
    You can already grill chicken legs on the grill. Or cook in the oven. Then turn on the oven.
  7. Wash the apple, cut the core. Cut into pieces.
  8. Grease the mould with vegetable oil. Layout the chicken legs.
  9. Sprinkle the chicken on top with an apple.
  10. Then put the onion and drizzle with a little marinade.
  11. Place the dish in the oven on the middle shelf. Bake at 180-190 degrees for 50-60 minutes. Every 20 minutes, gently take out the form and pour a little marinade over it.
  12. Marinated chicken is ready. Serve baked chicken with vegetables or any other side dish.
