- 0.5 ½ chicken, grilled, skinless
- 1 orange (s)
- 1 banana (s)
- 3 tablespoon lettuce cream, light
- 1 teaspoon curry powder
- Salt and pepper (freshly ground)

- The chicken is peeled off the bones, cut into small pieces and placed in a bowl.
- Cut the orange above and below, place it on a board and then cut the peel off the pulp with a sharp knife. Now cut out (fillet) the individual gaps between the skins. Cut the orange fillets again and add to the chicken.
- Squeeze out the remnants of the orange skin between your hands and collect the juice in a separate bowl, which will later be used to mix the cream of the salad.
- The banana is peeled, quartered, cut into small pieces and added to the other ingredients.
- Mix the curry powder, a little salt and freshly ground pepper with the salad cream and orange juice and fold into the meat-orange-banana mixture.
- This fruity-fresh salad goes very well with fresh toast or juicy wholemeal bread.
