Chicken Schnitzel with Cheese and Fresh Parsley

Juicy crispy chicken schnitzel with parmesan cheese and fresh parsley.

Servings: 6

Ingredients

  • Chicken breast (fillet) – 1 pc.
  • Bread crumbs – 0.5 cups
  • Parmesan cheese – 40 g
  • Fresh parsley – 50 g
  • Eggs – 2 pcs.
  • Salt to taste
  • Ground black pepper – to taste
  • Vegetable oil – for frying

Directions

  1. Wash the chicken fillet, pat dry with paper towels, and cut into pieces about 1.5 cm thick.
  2. Beat off each piece of fillet, salt, and pepper. Leave the beaten and seasoned chicken fillet for 20 minutes.
  3. Prepare the breading. Grate Parmesan cheese. Wash, dry, and chop the parsley.
  4. In a blender, combine cheese, bread crumbs, and parsley, and grind into small crumbs.
  5. Cheese breading for chicken schnitzels is ready.
  6. First bread the fillet pieces in flour.
  7. Then dip in beaten eggs and roll in cooked breadcrumbs, cheese, and parsley.
  8. Heat vegetable oil in a skillet and fry chicken schnitzels on both sides. Bring the fried schnitzels until cooked under the lid or in the oven for 15-20 minutes.
  9. Delicious chicken schnitzels are ready. Enjoy your meal!
