Ingredients

  • 500 g chicken breast
  • 2 red pepper (s)
  • 2 carrot (s)
  • 0.5 ½ glass mushrooms, drained
  • 0.25 liter ¼ broth
  • Sauce thickener
  • 2 bags rice (cooking bag)
  • Salt water
  • 100 ml cream
  • salt and pepper

Instructions

  1. Cut the chicken breast, bell pepper and carrots into strips. Fry the chicken breast in oil until crispy, add the peppers and fry with them. Add the carrots and fry them well. Add the mushrooms and fry them. The vegetables can take on a little color.
  2. Deglaze with cream and pour in the broth. Let it boil down. If necessary thicken with sauce thickener. In the meantime, cook the rice in salted water according to the instructions on the packet and mix in. If necessary, add salt and pepper to taste.
