Chicken Thighs in the Oven with Cheese

Amazingly tasty chicken thighs, which, due to cheese and mayonnaise, turns out to be juicy and with a creamy taste. Such a dish can be prepared both on a regular day and for a festive table. Simply and easily!

Servings: 6

Ingredients

  • Chicken Thighs – 1000-1200 Grams
  • Hard cheese – 150-200 Grams
  • Mayonnaise – 150 Grams
  • Garlic – 2-3 Cloves (optional)
  • Dill and parsley greens – 20 grams
  • Salt – 1 Teaspoon
  • Ground black pepper – 2 Pinches

Directions

  1. Wash the chicken thighs and put them in a bowl. Sprinkle with salt and pepper and leave for 30 minutes.
  2. In a small bowl, combine mayonnaise, chopped herbs and garlic.
  3. Cut the cheese into slices according to the number of chicken pieces. Gently cut the skin of each piece of chicken with a knife and slip pieces of cheese under it
  4. The form in which we will bake the chicken, grease with butter and lay out all the chicken pieces with cheese. Cover with mayonnaise mixture.
  5. And put in an oven preheated to 180 degrees to bake. 45-50 minutes.
