Chicken Tobacco (in a Pan)

The recipe for tobacco chicken in a pan is very simple, and at the same time the dish turns out to be very, very tasty.

Ingredients

  • Chicken – 1-1.5 kg
  • Butter – 100 g
  • Garlic – 5 cloves
  • Salt to taste
  • Ground black pepper – to taste
  • Greens (green onions) for serving – to taste

Directions

  1. Let’s cook the chicken, wash it thoroughly. Cut lengthwise along the breast.
  2. Cover the chicken with foil and beat it well with a hammer.
  3. Salt and pepper.
  4. Melt the butter in a frying pan. Fry the chicken under load (for example, a pot of water on an inverted plate), 15-20 minutes on each side.
  5. Squeeze the garlic through a press, mix with the fat from the pan. Lubricate the fried chicken with garlic 5-10 minutes until tender.
  6. The tobacco chicken is ready! Sprinkle with chopped herbs and serve.
