Ingredients

  • Lavash – 1 Piece
  • Chicken fillet – 0.5 Pieces
  • Cucumber – 1-2 Pieces
  • Cheese – 100 Grams
  • Iceberg lettuce or similar – 2 Pieces
  • Egg – 1 Piece
  • Ketchup – To taste

Directions

  1. A very tasty snack, which must be baked in the oven before serving. First, boil the chicken fillet until tender and let it cool.
  2. We coat the unrolled pita bread with ketchup, after which we spread the grated cheese, fresh cucumber and lettuce, chopped into strips.
  3. The last layer is sliced ​​chicken.
  4. We wrap our pita bread with filling and grease the surface with an egg.
  5. Now we send the greased pita bread to the oven preheated to 180 degrees for 15 minutes
  6. If there is a grill pan, use it and fry the pita bread on both sides.
  7. Cut in half or serve hot chicken tortilla whole. They also taste good when cold
