Chicken with Mushrooms in a Creamy Garlic Sauce

Ingredients

  • Champignons – 230 Grams
  • Garlic – 4 Cloves
  • Chicken thighs without bones and skin – 4 Pieces
  • Salt, pepper – To taste
  • Vegetable oil – 1
  • Broth – 0.5 Cups
  • Cream – 1 Glass
  • Parmesan – 50 Grams
  • Fresh parsley – To taste

Directions

  1. Wash and peel the mushrooms, cut them into small pieces. Chop the garlic cloves.
  2. Boneless and skinless chicken thighs, season with salt and pepper on both sides.
  3. Heat a frying pan with vegetable oil and lay out the meat, fry it on each side until golden brown. Transfer the meat to a plate and cover with foil.
  4. Return the pan to the heat, add the garlic and fry for 1 minute, then add the mushrooms, fry them until the liquid evaporates.
  5. Add chicken broth and cream to the mushrooms, stir. After boiling, reduce heat and simmer for about 5 minutes.
  6. Grate the cheese on a fine grater and add it to the pan, season with salt and pepper to taste.
  7. Return the previously fried chicken to the pan, pour over the cooked sauce and heat for a few minutes.
  8. Garnish the finished dish with parsley or other herbs and serve.
