Chicken Zrazy with Cottage Cheese and Spinach

Rosy and healthy chicken zrazy with cottage cheese and spinach. Delicate filling adds juiciness and a rich taste to the minced chicken. In addition, it is quite simple to prepare such zrazy.

Ingredients

  • Minced chicken – 400 g
  • Cottage cheese – 90 g
  • Fresh spinach – 50 g
  • White bun – 40 g
  • Egg – 1 pc.
  • Onions – 50 g (0.5 pcs.)
  • Flour – 2 tbsp
  • Salt to taste
  • Ground black pepper – to taste
  • Butter – 25 g
  • Vegetable oil – 2 tbsp

Directions

  1. Sort the spinach, wash and dry, cut off the stems. Slice the spinach leaves thinly. Place the butter and spinach in a skillet. Fry over medium heat for 3 minutes, stirring. Remove from heat and cool the spinach.
  2. Break the roll into pieces and cover with cold water for 5 minutes.
  3. Place the minced chicken in a bowl and beat the egg into it.
  4. Peel the onions cut them into pieces. Squeeze the loaf and send it to the blender bowl. Add onions to the bun.
  5. Punch the onion and roll until smooth and add to the minced meat with egg. Salt, pepper, and mix everything. Beat the minced meat until firm. To do this, lift the minced meat over the bowl and throw it back. Do this 10-12 times.
  6. Divide the minced meat into equal parts (I divided it into 5 parts).
  7. Put the curd in a bowl, add the cooled spinach. Salt, pepper and stir the curd with spinach.
  8. With wet hands, take one part of the minced meat, make a tortilla, and add one part of the curd filling. Connect the edges to shape the stuffed meat into dumplings. In the same way, form blanks from the remaining minced meat and filling.
  9. Put them in flour and roll on all sides, forming zrazy.
  10. Pour vegetable oil into a skillet and heat over medium heat. Layout the chicken zrazy. Reduce heat slightly and fry the zrazy for 7 minutes on each side with a lid on the pan. Then remove the lid and fry the zrazy until golden brown for 2-3 minutes on each side.
  11. Chicken zrazy with cottage cheese and spinach are ready. Enjoy your meal.
