Chicken Zrazy with Giblets

Delicious chicken dish – minced chicken zrazy with chicken giblets pate.

Ingredients

  • Chicken breasts or minced meat from them – 1 kg
  • Salt
  • Ground black pepper
  • Eggs – 1 pcs.
  • Large onions – 1 pc.
  • Breadcrumbs
  • For giblet pate:
  • Chicken hearts – 100 g
  • Chicken ventricles – 100 g
  • Chicken liver – 100 g
  • Small onion – 1 pc.
  • Carrots – 0.5 pcs.
  • Butter – 50 g
  • Salt
  • Ground black pepper

Directions

  1. For the pate, boil the chicken hearts and ventricles. Fry the liver in half the oil. You can also boil the liver, but I prefer the fried liver. Transfer the liver to a plate, add oil to the pan and fry finely chopped onions and grated carrots.
  2. Scroll everything in a meat grinder, salt, and pepper to taste.
  3. Prepare minced meat from chicken breasts. Add an egg, grated onion, pepper, salt to it.
  4. If the minced meat is watery, then add 1-2 tablespoon. tablespoons of bread crumbs. Mix well and beat off.
  5. Make round blanks for zraz from minced meat.
  6. Make a cake from the blank. Put the pate in the middle and cover it with minced meat. Form zrazy. Roll them in bread crumbs.
  7. Zrazy can be baked in the oven by placing them on a baking sheet. Bake chicken zrazy for 45 minutes at 180 degrees. You can fry zrazy in a pan in heated oil on all sides over moderate heat. Fried grains are rounder.
  8. Ready-made chicken zrazy with giblets. Enjoy your meal!
