Ingredients
- 100 g yourt
- 1 tablespoon mayonnaise
- 1 dash oil, (rapeseed oil)
- 1 dash vinegar, (white wine vinegar)
- mustard
- salt and pepper
- sugar
- 400 g celeriac
- 1 apple
- 0.5 ½ lemon (n)
- 1 chicory, yellow
- 60 g walnuts, rouhly chopped
For decoration:
- Herbs, fresh

- Make a dressing from yogurt, mayonnaise, oil, vinegar, mustard, salt, pepper and sugar.
- Clean, peel and cut the celery into thin strips or grate into sticks. Drizzle a little lemon over them as you work so that they don`t turn brown. Blanch the celery very briefly, then rinse it well in cold water and dry it again.
- Cut the apple into thin strips, also drizzle with lemon and then mix with the celery.
- Add the salad to the dressing, stir well and let it steep for an hour.
- Clean the chicory. Roast the nuts in a pan and mix half of them into the salad before serving.
- Serving:
- Distribute the chicory leaves in a circle on the plates, place the celery salad in the middle and sprinkle with the remaining nuts. Garnish with herbs.
