Ingredients

  • 4 chicory, approx. 500 g
  • 4 slices cooked ham, large
  • 200 g cream cheese (herb)
  • liter ⅛ vegetable stock
  • 0.5 ½ cup cream
  • 1 tomato (s)
  • 0.5 ½ bunch chives

Instructions

  1. Clean the chicory (leaves can be cut off, the flask does not have to stay whole), wash and cook in boiling salted water for 3-5 minutes. Drain and wrap with ham.
  2. Whisk the cream cheese, broth and cream together and pour into a flat baking dish. Put in the chicory and ham roulades and sprinkle with the tomato cut into small pieces.
  3. It is preferably prepared in the oven, but it can also be done in the microwave.
  4. Oven: Bake at 200 ° (preheated, fan-assisted) for about 30 minutes.
  5. Microwave: Cover with microwave foil, cook at 600 watts for 11 minutes, then leave to rest for 2 minutes.
  6. Sprinkle with chives rolls.
  7. Rice tastes best with it.
