Ingredients
- 3 chicory
- 2 apples, tart ones
- 1 banana (s)
- 1 cup yogurt
- 1 lemon (s)
- 1 clove garlic
- 3 tablespoon oil (rapeseed oil)
- 1 teaspoon curry
- honey
- salt and pepper
- possibly walnuts, roughly chopped

- Clean the cicoree and cut into strips. Core and finely grate the apples and mix with the sauce later.
- Put yoghurt, banana, lemon juice, crushed garlic clove, rapeseed oil and curry in a blender and puree, season with honey, salt and pepper. Add the grated apples, stir and pour everything over the chicory.
- Possibly sprinkle a handful of walnuts over the salad.
