- 375 ml milk
- 75 grams sugar

- Make a yeast dough by kneading all the ingredients from flour to salt into a homogeneous dough. If you use a food processor, you don`t even need to dissolve the yeast, it is enough to finely crumble it into the flour. Let the dough rise until it doubles in volume.
