Ingredients
- 500 g pasta, e.., Trulli
- 1 leek
- 1 can corn
- 2 bell peppers, red and green
- 1 glass mango chutney
- 1 glass Miracel Whip
- 1 tablespoon curry powder
- 1 teaspoon spice mixture, Chinese
- 1 glasses soy sauce (shot glass)

- Boil the pasta until al dente, drain and let cool. Clean the leek and cut into fine strips. Wash and dice the peppers. Drain the corn.
- Mix the pasta, leek, paprika and corn in a bowl with the spices, soy sauce and Miracel Whip and leave to steep overnight.
