Ingredients

  • 500 g beef fillet (s), cut into fine strips
  • 6 clove (s) garlic, pressed
  • 1 teaspoon sugar
  • 3 some soy sauce
  • 1 tablespoon stock, grainy
  • 2 tablespoon rice wine
  • 2 onion (s), chopped
  • some oil
  • Parsley, as a decoration

Instructions

  1. Marinate the cut meat with the ingredients except the oil and onions and leave to rest for at least 2 hours.
  2. Heat some oil in a wok and sweat the onions in it. Then add the meat with the marinade and fry quickly over high heat for about 3-5 minutes.
  3. Garnish with parsley and serve with rice.
