Ingredients

  • 1 kg potato (s), finely diced
  • 200 g chives, fresh or
  • 150 g chives, dried
  • 1 liter broth, (instant)
  • Black pepper
  • 0.5 liter ½ milk

Instructions

  1. Wash the diced potatoes well and cook them in the broth. Cut the chives into small rings and add when the potatoes are done. The chives should only be cooked for about 2-3 minutes, now add the milk, sprinkle with the black pepper and serve.
