Ingredients

  • 200 g almond (s), rated
  • 50 g dark chocolate
  • 125 g suar
  • 1 teaspoon vanilla sugar, bourbon
  • 2 egg whites
  • 1 pinch (s) salt
  • 7 drops bitter almond flavor
  • Powdered sugar, for dusting

Instructions

  1. Finely grate the chocolate, mix with the almonds in a bowl. Add sugar and vanilla sugar.
  2. Beat egg white and salt until semi-stiff and add bitter almond flavor to the almond mixture. Process into a firm, moist dough.
  3. With the help of 2 teaspoons, place small heaps on a baking sheet lined with baking paper. Bake in a preheated oven (electric oven: 175 ° C, fan oven: 150 ° C, gas: level 3) for 12 - 15 minutes. Cool on a wire rack.
  4. Dust with powdered sugar.
  5. Makes about 30 pieces.
