- 500 g quark
- Cherry (s) from the glass
- Chocolate sprinkles
- some sugar

- Put the quark in a bowl and simply add the desired amount of cherries to the quark with a spoon from the glass and mix. Then add the chocolate sprinkles (amount to taste).
- Then you can add a little sugar, if you want, and if the chocolate and cherry quark is still too thick, you can add a little more of the cherry juice from the cherry glass, then the mixture will be creamier.
- The quark tastes best when you put it in the refrigerator for 1 - 2 hours, but you can also eat it straight away.
