Ingredients
- 200 g mararine
- 200 g suar
- 1 pinch (s) salt
- 6 egg (s)
- 250 g flour
- 2 teaspoons baking soda
- 6 tablespoon cocoa powder, (no Kaba)
- 150 ml cream or sour cream
- 1 kg apples, sour
- Cinnamon - sugar or
- Granulated sugar

- Preheat the oven to 175 degrees.
- Peel and quarter the apples and cut out the core. Cut larger apples into eighths.
- Beat the margarine, eggs and sugar until frothy. Mix the flour, cocoa and baking powder and add. Cream / sour cream added and stir to a smooth dough (it shouldn`t be too firm).
- Spread the dough on the greased tray. Spread the apples evenly on the dough, sprinkle with cinnamon sugar.
- Bake for about 25 - 30 minutes (depending on the oven - please test the chopsticks)
- Instead of apples, you can also use peaches, nectarines, apricots or fresh, pitted cherries.
