Ingredients

  • 0.25 kg ¼ butter
  • 0.25 kg ¼ sugar
  • 5 egg (s), separated
  • 0.13 kg walnuts or hazelnuts, grated
  • 0.1 kg chocolate flakes
  • 2 large apples, grated
  • 0.25 kg ¼ flour, smooth
  • 1 packet baking powder
  • 1 packet vanilla sugar
  • Fat for the shape
  • Breadcrumbs for the mold
  • Powdered sugar for dusting or
  • Cake icing (chocolate) as a coating

Instructions

  1. Mix butter, sugar, vanilla sugar and yolks (egg yolks) until frothy. Fold in the nuts, chocolate and apples. Beat egg whites into snow. Mix flour and baking powder and slowly stir in with the egg whites. Grease and crumble the bundt pan.
  2. Pour in the dough and bake at 160 ° C for 1 hour.
  3. When cold, either sprinkle with icing sugar or cover with chocolate icing.
