Ingredients
- 100 g flour
- 3 tablespoon sugar
- 40 ml cocoa powder
- 1 teaspoon Baking powder
- 0.25 teaspoon ¼ baking soda
- 0.25 teaspoon ¼ salt
- 0.25 teaspoon ¼ cinnamon
- 125 ml milk
- 1 egg (s), separated
- 0.25 teaspoon ¼ vanilla extract
- 2 tablespoon chocolate, chopped into pieces
- 1 tablespoon walnuts, finely chopped
- 2 tablespoon margarine

- Mix the sugar, cocoa powder, flour, cinnamon, baking powder, baking soda and salt in a bowl and set aside. Put milk, egg yolk, margarine and vanilla extract in another bowl and mix as well. Beat the egg whites until stiff.
- Add the liquid mix to the first mix and mix well. Stir in the egg whites. Now add the chopped chocolate and walnuts and let rest for 5 minutes.
- Then bake in portions in the preheated waffle iron.
