Ingredients

  • 500 g low-fat quark
  • 12 tablespoon milk
  • 12 tablespoon oil
  • 600 grams flour
  • 1 ½ pack baking powder
  • 2 packs vanilla sugar
  • 200 g suar
  • 100 g chocolate (milk chocolate)
  • 60 g chocolate (dark chocolate)
  • 2 pinches salt
  • 1 egg (s), whisked, for brushing

Instructions

  1. Crush the chocolate (the amount of milk and dark chocolate can vary according to taste, you can also use air chocolate). Then put all the ingredients - except for the egg - in a bowl and knead. Shape the dough into rolls and place them on a baking tray lined with baking paper.
  2. Bake in the preheated oven at 175 ° C - 200 ° C on the middle rack for approx. 15-20 minutes (with the specified amount, possibly in 2 runs).
  3. Brush the rolls with the beaten egg before and after baking (you can leave it out, it just looks nicer).
  4. This amount makes about 24 relatively small rolls.
