Ingredients
- 175 g flour, sifted
- 100 g butter or mararine
- 200 g suar
- 3 egg (s)
- 1 pinch (s) salt
- 0.5 ½ pack baking powder
- 125 g carrot (s)
- 100 g chocolate, as hih as possible cocoa content
- Grated chocolate
- Fat for the shape

- First, melt the butter / margarine and the chocolate in a water bath and let them cool. Meanwhile, put the flour, sugar, salt and baking powder in a bowl. Grate the carrots and add them as well.
- Separate the eggs, place the yolks in the bowl, beat the egg whites until stiff and fold into the remaining ingredients. If you want it even more chocolatier, you can also add grated chocolate, but it doesn`t have to be. Then mix the cooled butter-chocolate mixture with the rest and pour into a greased springform pan.
