Ingredients

  • 300 ml milk
  • 75 g dark chocolate
  • 2 drops butter-vanilla flavor
  • 100 g suar
  • 100 g butter
  • 150 grams flour
  • 0.5 teaspoon ½ baking powder
  • 5 tablespoon cocoa powder
  • 50 g suar, brown
  • 300 ml boiling water
  • Icing sugar for dusting
  • Fat for the shape

Instructions

  1. Brush a baking dish lightly with fat.
  2. Pour milk into a small saucepan. Break the chocolate into pieces and add to it. Melt carefully while stirring. Let cool slightly and add the vanilla flavor. Beat sugar and butter until frothy. Sieve the flour, baking powder and 2 tablespoons cocoa and stir into the foam mixture. Add to the chocolate milk and use a hand mixer to mix everything into a smooth dough. Pour the batter into the mold.
  3. For the chocolate sauce, mix 3 tablespoons of cocoa with the brown sugar, add a little boiling water and use it to stir the cocoa-sugar mixture into a smooth paste, then stir in the rest of the water. Pour the sauce over the batter, but do not stir.
  4. Bake the casserole in a preheated oven at 180 ° C for about 40 minutes, until the surface is dry and gives slightly when pressed down. Let rest in the tin for 5 minutes and dust with powdered sugar before serving.
