Ingredients

  • 185 g butter, very soft
  • 105 g powdered suar
  • 1 egg yolk
  • 1 bottle butter-vanilla flavor
  • 185 g flour
  • 30 g cocoa powder
  • 0.5 teaspoon ½ salt
  • 2 pck. Cherry (s) (receipt -)

Instructions

  1. Preheat the oven to 190 ° C.
  2. Put the flour, cocoa and salt in a bowl and mix together.
  3. Put the butter in another bowl and beat with the electric hand mixer (whisk) until frothy for 30 seconds, then gradually add the powdered sugar and beat for another 2 minutes until the mixture is light and airy. Add butter vanilla flavor and egg yolk and beat for another minute. Then carefully stir in the flour mixture in several portions.
  4. Cut off some dough with a teaspoon and form balls with moistened hands. Place the ball on a baking sheet lined with baking paper and then press a cherry in the middle. The dough mass makes about 30 balls. They fit on a sheet.
  5. Slide the tray into the middle of the oven and bake for about 7-10 minutes.
  6. Caution: The dough is still soft during the test. Please take out the tray after 10 minutes at the latest and let the thalers cool down completely on the tray. Then the thalers will also solidify.
