  • 20 g seeds (chia seeds)
  • 220 ml still water
  • 4 g cocoa powder, slihtly de-oiled (approx. 1 full teaspoon)
  • 2 g cinnamon powder, approx. 1 level teaspoon
  • 1 pinch vanilla powder
  • 1 banana (s), ripe

Instructions

  1. Mix the chia seeds with the cocoa, cinnamon and vanilla. Add the water, stir everything well and let it soak in the refrigerator overnight.
  2. The next day, cut the banana into small pieces and mix in.
