Chocolate Chip Muffins

In this recipe, I will show you how to make chocolate chip muffins. For the recipe, we need classic dark chocolate. For lovers of delicate tastes, milk chocolate is suitable.

Ingredients
- Chocolate – 170 Grams
- Butter – 100 grams
- Sugar – 200 Grams
- Chicken eggs – 2 Pieces
- Wheat flour – 400 grams
- Baking powder – 1 teaspoon
- Soda – 0.33 Teaspoons
- Kefir – 200 Milliliters
Directions
- 100 g of chocolate must be melted to a liquid state in a water bath. Beat butter with sugar. Then beat the eggs into the mixture and mix everything with a mixer. Combine chocolate with egg mass. Add sifted flour, salt (a pinch), baking powder with soda. Add kefir. Knead properly. The dough is ready.
- Chop the remaining chocolate into small even cubes with a knife. The chocolate crumb is ready for further action.
- Pour chocolate chips into the dough. Divide all this mass into molds. We do not fill them completely, the muffins should rise.
- We bake muffins at 180 degrees for 20 minutes. The most delicate dessert is ready! We serve chilled muffins.
