Ingredients
- 200 g almond (s), sliced or halved
- 200 g flakes (soy flakes)
- 150 g sunflower seeds
- 80 g sesame seeds
- 80 g desiccated coconut
- 100 g flaxseed
- 50 g oatmeal
- 1 tablespoon butter
- 50 ml water
- 8 tablespoon honey
- 200 g chocolate, chopped

- Preheat the oven to 100 ° C.
- Dissolve the honey and butter in the water. Put the dry ingredients in a bowl and mix with the honey water. Place the mixture on a baking sheet and bake for 2 hours until all the liquid has evaporated. Mix the mixture every now and then. To get it a little crispier, bake for another half an hour at 150 ° C.
- When the granola has cooled, mix again and add the chopped chocolate. It can be kept for a while in a closed container.
- Tip:
- I usually divide the mixture and give half chocolate and the other half caramel pieces or dried fruit. It is also a good idea to replace the soy flakes with spelled flakes.
