Chocolate Curd Dessert with Waffles and Banana

This exquisite and effective delicacy is surprisingly easy to prepare! A roll of cottage cheese, waffles and chocolate with a delicate ripe banana inside is one of the options for sweet sausage. A worthy treat for a friendly tea party!

Ingredients

  • Fine-grained cottage cheese – 200 g
  • Bananas – 2 pcs.
  • Chocolate waffles – 180 g
  • Black chocolate (56%) – 100 g
  • Butter – 50 g
  • White chocolate for decoration (optional) – 30 g

Directions

  1. Prepare the food you need
  2. Place the dark chocolate and butter in a metal bowl to melt in the steam bath. To do this, put a saucepan of water on the fire. Place the bowl over the saucepan so that the bottom of the bowl does not touch the water in the saucepan.
  3. Heat while stirring until a smooth chocolate mass is obtained.
  4. Break the chocolate waffles into small pieces, place in a blender and grind into crumbs.
  5. Combine waffle chips and melted chocolate. Stir.
  6. Mash the curd with a fork and add to the chocolate mass. Stir.
  7. Wrap the cutting board with cling film. Put half of the resulting chocolate mass there. Flatten so that you get a rectangle equal in length to the length of the peeled banana. The width of the rectangle should be such that the banana can be wrapped in this mass. Place the peeled banana in the center of the rectangle. If it is very curved, then cut it into 2 halves.
  8. Gently wrap the banana in the chocolate mass, lifting the film up. Put the formed chocolate-curd roll with waffles and banana in a foil in the refrigerator for 3-4 hours. Do the same for the remaining chocolate mass and the second banana.
  9. Free the finished dessert from the cling film and cut into slices about 1.5 cm thick. Sprinkle with finely grated white chocolate if desired.
  10. Chocolate curd dessert with waffles and banana is ready! Serve immediately after cutting to prevent the banana from darkening
