Chocolate Dessert with Nuts and Dried Apricots

Melted chocolate with pieces of nuts and dried fruits. A very simple but cute treat.

Ingredients

  • Nuts (almonds, cashews, pistachios) – 10 g
  • Dried apricots (or candied fruits) – 15 g
  • Black chocolate – 50 g

Directions

  1. Dried apricots cut into cubes.
    Break the cashews into halves, chop.
  2. Chop the pistachios.
  3. Gently cut the almonds into halves.
  4. Break the chocolate into pieces and melt in a water bath.
  5. Using a spoon or pastry syringe, place the chocolate cakes on parchment paper.
  6. Until the chocolate has frozen, decorate the chocolate dessert with dried apricots and nuts.
  7. The chocolate dessert is ready. Bon Appetit!
