Chocolate Medals with Pistachios and Dried Apricots

This dessert is incredibly easy to prepare. Melted chocolate medals are sprinkled with pistachios and dried apricots, the medals freeze in the refrigerator for 10-15 minutes.

Ingredients

  • Black chocolate (chopped) – 180 g
  • Pistachios (chopped) – 0.25 cups
  • Dried apricots (chopped) – 0.25 cups
  • Salt – 0.5 teaspoon.

Directions

  1. Melt the chocolate in the microwave.
  2. Spoon small chocolate circles onto the parchment. Sprinkle with pistachios, dried apricots, and salt.
  3. Place the blanks in the refrigerator until the chocolate hardens, for 10-15 minutes.
