Ingredients

  • 200 g flour
  • 75 grams sugar
  • 1 egg (s)
  • 100 g butter, cold in pieces
  • 0.25 teaspoon ¼ salt
  • 40 g cocoa powder, (bakin cocoa)
  • 40 g Nutella
  • 100 g chocolate, white or whole milk

Instructions

  1. Knead all ingredients into a dough (you can use the dough hook first, then with your hands at the end).
  2. Pluck walnut-sized pieces from the dough, roll them into balls between the palms of your hands and then press small mountains out of them with your fingers. Put on a baking sheet.
  3. Preheat the oven to 180 ° C (top / bottom heat).
  4. Bake at this temperature for about 14 minutes.
  5. Take the chocolate bar out of the oven and let it cool down on the tray for about 10 minutes.
  6. In the meantime, melt the chocolate over the water bath and then cover each mountain with snow. It`s best to keep them in a cookie jar, where they get better every day.
