Ingredients

  • 100 g chocolate, reardless type
  • 100 g crème fraîche, very important: room temperature
  • 100 g cream

Instructions

  1. First, chop the chocolate and melt it over a water bath or melt it in the microwave for 30 seconds. However, you have to make sure that the chocolate does not burn.
  2. Now stir the crème fraîche into the melted chocolate and let cool down briefly. In the meantime, whip the cream until stiff and fold into the chocolate mixture. Now pour the mousse into the bowl or glasses you want. Finally, you should put them in the cold overnight, but at least for 2 hours.
