Ingredients

  • 200 g butter
  • 360 g powdered suar
  • 4 egg yolks
  • 4 egg whites
  • 1 teaspoon coffee, ground
  • 4 ribs chocolate, (block chocolate), grated
  • 2 teaspoons cinnamon
  • 2 tablespoon cocoa powder
  • 16 tablespoon milk
  • 200 g flour
  • 200 g hazelnuts, round
  • 1 packet baking powder
  • 1 pack cake icing, (chocolate)

Instructions

  1. Beat the egg whites until stiff. Mix the butter with the powdered sugar until frothy, stir in each egg yolk for about 1 minute. Mix in coffee, cinnamon, cocoa, grated chocolate and hazelnuts. Mix the baking powder with the flour and stir in alternately with the milk. Finally, carefully fold in the egg whites. Pour the dough into a greased and crumbled bundt cake pan.
  2. Bake at approx. 160 ° C for 60 to 70 minutes.
  3. Let cool and cover with chocolate icing.
