Ingredients

  • 50 g dark chocolate
  • 100 g oil (coconut)
  • 50 g puree (hazelnut)
  • Maple syrup, to taste

Instructions

  1. Bring a little water to the boil in a saucepan. Place a stainless steel bowl on the saucepan and slowly heat the chocolate in it until it is liquid.
  2. Let the chocolate cool a little and stir into the oil. Stir in the hazelnut butter as well. Sweeten the chocolate and nut cream with maple syrup to taste.
  3. Store the finished cream in the refrigerator.
