Chocolate Orange Muffins

Today we are preparing very tender, soft, and aromatic orange-chocolate muffins. The products are simple, making chocolate orange muffins quickly!

Ingredients

  • Vegetable oil – 120 ml
  • Milk – 120 ml
  • Egg – 1 pc.
  • Sugar – 120 g
  • Orange juice – 120 ml
  • Zest of 2 oranges
  • Chocolate – 30 g melted + chocolate pieces (to taste)
  • Flour – 210 g
  • Baking powder – 1 teaspoon with top
  • Salt – 1/2 teaspoon
  • Vanillin – 1/3 teaspoon

Directions

  1. Mix flour, zest, salt, and baking powder. In another bowl, beat the egg with sugar for 5 minutes.
    Add vanillin, vegetable oil, orange juice, and milk to the beaten egg. Beat again. Add dry ingredients to liquid ingredients and mix.
  2. Divide the dough into 2 parts. Add chocolate melted in the microwave (30 g) to one. And to the other – chocolate pieces.
  3. I use paper molds to bake muffins. If they are not there, grease the mold with butter and sprinkle with flour, remove the excess flour. First, we spread a spoonful of light dough, then a spoonful of chocolate dough. Again light, and again chocolate. With a wooden stick, we make circular movements in each shape. We bake orange muffins with chocolate in a preheated oven for 17 minutes at 180 degrees.
