- 750 g pear (s) (e.. Williams-Christ)
- 100 g chocolate decor (chocolate drops), dark
- 75 g flour
- 100 g suar, brown
- 75 g almond (s), peeled, round
- 125 g butter, soft

- Mix the flour, sugar, peeled and ground almonds and the softened butter to a crumbly dough. Peel the pears, remove the core and cut into cubes.
- Mix the pear cubes with the chocolate chips and place in a baking dish. Cover with the crumble mixture.
- Bake in the preheated oven for 30 minutes until golden-yellow and crispy. Serve lukewarm. Instead of chocolate chips, you can also chop dark chocolate into pieces.
