Ingredients

  • 210 g flour
  • 40 g cocoa powder
  • 2 ½ teaspoons baking powder
  • 0.5 teaspoon ½ baking soda
  • 50 g almond (s), round
  • 2 pear (s), ripe (approx. 00 g in total), finely chopped
  • 1 egg (s)
  • 125 g suar
  • 70 ml oil
  • 225 g natural yourt
  • 3 tablespoon powdered sugar
  • water
  • 2 tablespoon almond (s), chopped or flaked almonds

Instructions

  1. Mix the flour, cocoa powder, ground almonds, baking powder, baking soda and the chopped pears together. In another bowl, whisk the egg lightly, add sugar, oil and yoghurt and stir. Then add the flour mixture and stir until the dry ingredients are moist. Then put the dough in a well-greased or paper-lined 12-cup muffin pan.
  2. Bake in a preheated oven at 180 ° C (convection: 160 ° C) for about 20 to 25 minutes.
  3. Then let the muffins rest briefly in the tray, then take them out and let them cool down. Make a frosting from the powdered sugar and the water. Brush the muffins with it and sprinkle with the almonds.
