Ingredients

  • 100 g semi-sweet chocolate
  • 50 g butter
  • 60 g powdered suar
  • 1 teaspoon cinnamon
  • 1 egg (s)
  • 1 egg yolk
  • 0.25 teaspoon ¼ baking powder
  • 1 tablespoon cocoa powder
  • 100 g flour, sifted

Instructions

  1. Melt chocolate with butter in a saucepan.
  2. Mix all ingredients, including the chocolate-butter mixture, well with the hand mixer and place in a bowl in the refrigerator for at least 2 hours (the dough is very soft, that`s right).
  3. Preheat the oven to 170 ° C. (!) This is important, otherwise the decorative cracks will not appear and they will become a little stronger.
  4. Shape the dough into walnut-sized balls and roll them in powdered sugar. Place on a baking sheet lined with baking paper.
  5. Bake at 170 ° C for about 14 minutes.
  6. Store in an airtight can. They taste best after 3-4 days (if they haven`t been eaten by then )
