Ingredients
- 250 g mararine
- 4 egg (s)
- 1 packet vanilla sugar
- 370 g suar
- 1 teaspoon, leveled baking soda
- 300 grams flour
- 50 g cocoa powder
- 250 g sour cream or sour cream

- Mix all ingredients together. Spread the dough on a parchment-lined or well-greased baking sheet.
- If you take 1 baking sheet it will be brownies, if you distribute the dough on 2 baking sheets you can cut it out into hearts, stars etc. afterwards!
- Bake at 170 degrees fan-assisted or 190 degrees top / bottom heat for about 25 minutes. Let cool and dust with icing sugar.
- Insanely delicious - the kids can bake this simple cake almost on their own.
